Overview
The primary focus of the Classic Clay system is the enamelised aggregate or ‘clay’ covering the entire play surface area. This layer is responsible for the majority of the clay characteristics when the player and ball interact with the surface. The binding layer incorporating the raised Permaline acts as a ballast for the clay infill and allows the binding layer to be totally overfilled whilst alllowing the lines to be visible.
